KENTUCKY DERBY BUZZ

My house is a buzz, with all the Kentucky Derby excitement!  Having had the opportunity to spend a great deal of my life around race horses, I know a lot of Jockeys, trainers and owners!  We will be having a big spread of food, and yelling as they race, In our house, I am certain we are rooting for GO-GO (Garrett Gomez), Joe Talamo, and my ongoing love-hate with Mike Smith (he is a cocky brat!)!

I have several coupons expiring today, so I will use those to plan my menu!!  We will probably go a little Cinco De Mayo with the food!  Stay tuned to see what I can do with a $20 budget! (That is for lunch and dinner for 5)
